Returns & Refunds Policy on Gift Shop Items

At Reba Sear, we want you to love your purchase. Our returns policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind

  • We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

  • For items returned within 30 days of purchase in unused, resaleable condition with proof of purchase, we offer a gift voucher for the value of the item that can be used for anything in store.

  • This applies to full-priced and sale items unless otherwise stated.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, some products (e.g., food items, earrings, personal care products) cannot be returned for change of mind.

 

Faulty or Defective Items

  • As per the ACL, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair if an item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your item has a fault.

 

How to Return an Item​
