Cafe all-rounder

​

We are seeking a motivated individual who has a minimum of 2 years experience in a high paced cafe environment as a cafe all rounder to work 20+ hrs a week.

 

Responsibilities:

• Be able to confidently and consistently make a quality cup of coffee

• Be willing to learn kitchen procedures

• Have excellent knowledge of front of house procedures while maintaining excellent customer service

• Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

• Make our customers feel at home with your welcoming and warm personality. 

• Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a smooth cafe operation.

• Uphold food safety and hygiene regulations while working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Be passionate about the hospitality industry

• Proven experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years. 

• Must be available for early morning shifts and weekend rotations.

• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills within a dynamic setting.

• Be able to work collaboratively, take instructions from management and follow procedures.
