BARISTA

Casual ~20+ hrs per week | Mid July 2026 Start

 

Are you an experienced barista who thrives in a small team environment? Are you proactive, approachable and good at thinking on your feet? You might be our next barista!

 

About the role:

As one of our baristas, you’ll be a key part of day-to-day operations - working across coffee, and drink making, dealing in, ordering and customer service. We’re a fast-paced environment, so confidence, efficiency, and a positive attitude are essential. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, every coffee, every interaction, and every detail is about creating a genuinely great experience for them.

 

We’re looking for someone who has:​

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner

• Proven ability to work as a barista using speciality coffee. A proven track record of being reliable, proactive, and a team player.

• Availability for a minimum of 3-4 days per week (20-28hrs per week for the right person)

• Weekend availability and early starts (6:30am) is essential.

• Flexibility to cover shifts when needed

•  A willing ness to work front of house is essential as that's what being part of a team is about.
