CAFE ALL-ROUNDER​

Casual ~28hrs per week | Late May 2026 Start

 

Are you proactive, approachable and good at thinking on your feet? You might be our next café all-rounder! This role won’t commence until late May, as we’re taking the time to find the right fit for our team and culture.

 

About the role:

You’ll be a key part of day-to-day operations - working across coffee, front of house, and general café service. We’re a fast-paced environment, so confidence, efficiency, and a positive attitude are essential. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, every coffee, every interaction, and every detail is about creating a genuinely great experience for them.

 

We’re looking for someone who has:​

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner

• Ability and/or proven desire to work across all areas of the café

• A proven track record of being reliable, proactive, and a team player

• Availability for a minimum of 4 days per week (approx. 28 hours)

• Weekend availability and early starts (6:30am) is essential.

• Flexibility to cover shifts when needed

• Barista experience is not essential but a desire to learn is pivotal.
